Zones of Mechanics

Harvesting Kudzu (Semi-Perm.; Plot Adjusted):

  • In the Agricultural Area there are kudzu vines available as a toyetic.

  • Any Character can spend 2 Mind Points and 10 Minutes of Active Role-Play and Full Engagement in the farming area and harvest 1 Kudzu. Characters with Basic Agricultural only spend 2 Mind Points and 5 Minutes to harvest 1 Kudzu. Expires in 6 months if farmed and 3 months if gathered.

  • An individual may choose to spend up to 12 Mind Points in one session.

Harvesting Muscadine (Semi-Perm; Plot Adjusted):

  • In the Agricultural Area there are Muscadine in vines available as a toyetic.

  • Any Character can spend 2 Mind Points and 10 Minutes of Active Role-Play and Full Engagement in the farming area and harvest 1 Muscadine. Characters with Basic Agricultural only spend 2 Mind Points and 5 Minutes to harvest 1 Muscadine. Expires in 6 months if farmed and 3 months if gathered.

  • An individual may choose to spend up to 12 Mind Points in one session.

Gravemind Pustule (Mar 2020-May 2020):

  • Scattered throughout the playspace are pustules with small buckets beside them.

  • Any player may spend 1 Mind Point and 10 Minutes of Active Role-Play and Full Engagement in the pustule and harvest 1 Gravemind Pustule Liquid. Players with the Graverobber or Grave Attuned Professional Focus Achievements only spend 1 Mind Point and 5 Minutes to harvest 1 Gravemind Pustule Liquid.

  • An individual may choose to spend up to 6 Mind Points and 60 Minutes in one session.

  • Please note that you are required to actually take the gunk from the physrep to fill your container. This item requires EITHER a single injectable physrep per item OR a single brew physrep per 6.

  • If the Pustule is physically empty you cannot collect any Gravemind Pustule Liquid.

Faction Influence

Influence (Mar2021-July2021):

1. One Faction Influence can be earned for a specific faction that was impacted by the mod per signup mod (If a mod doesn't impact a faction directly, please send us your reasoning for why you should get that specific faction's influence).

2. Faction Influence can also be earned from exceptional story. This requires employee approval.

3. Faction Influence can only be spent for story benefits, not mechanical. Spending it requires employee approval.

One example of spending Faction Influence could be: An NPC Group needs X resources. You call in the Faction Influence to have those resources sent to the NPC group. These items will never touch player inventory, but will instead directly impact the story. This isn't the only way to spend Faction Influence. If you can reasonably justify using your faction influence in an uncanny way to one of the employees, it could very well be approved to impact the stories we are telling each weekend.
